 Still the top IT services company, IBM leads the industry as before. HP (2) did leap forward because of the EDS acquisition, but a 2.6 billion dollar revenue gap remains between the giants. Together they took home more than 70 billion dollars, 16% of the combined revenues of the Top 100, and about 40 times the revenues of the two companies that close the list: DRS technologies and Teradata.
Despite adverse economic circumstances, Research in Motion (RIM) and SAS Institute posted revenue growth figures above 50%.
